Need help with that stubborn hard to train dog or just do not have time to work with your pup this summer, let us help. We have over 18 years of experience raising and training bird dogs and family pets. Openings available now! We offer two separate courses, accepting a maximum of two dogs. Each course lasts a minimum of 4 weeks (depending on dog) and the owner must attend a 1-2 hour class when picking the dog up (depending on the owner). Cost $200 per week plus South Dakota sales tax. Bird Dog Basic Course Most dogs are instinctive hunters and just need some quality coaching to do what we the owners want. Impress your buddies with your dog’s abilities when you go hunting this fall (your shooting is another story) Training includes: Field Commands to whistle: Come Heal Stay Introduction to bird Introduction to gun Introduction to land retrieving Introduction to water retrieving (optional) Basic Obedience Course Tired of having your dog drag you around when you are taking them for a walk, would you like a dog that listens when you give a command. This class is what you need. Training includes: Basic yard/road voice commands: Come Heal Sit Stay Walking on Leash Walking off Leash Control in busy noisy environments. Other training may be available upon request let us know what you need. Dogs accepted to one of these classes will need to have a current health record and all shots must be up to date, including rabies, and Bordatella. Dogs will be well fed and exercised. Purina Dog Chow is our food of choice. Special food needs will need to be discussed before setting a training date. |
